    • Packages are based on 2 people per room. All rates are retail per person. If you do not have a roommate, we would be happy to place you with one!

  • What type of bed comes with room?

    • Rooms comes with either two (2) Queen Size Beds or one (1) King Size Bed. Depending on availability at the time. 

  • What included in the price?

        • Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), alcoholic (premium liquor and non-alcoholic drinks, activities on the resort, travel insurance and roundtrip transfers. Off-site excursions are not included or expenses in Miami, FL.

    • Roundtrip flare to Antigua to Miami July 28th, 2021 and August 1st, 2021 (All-Access Package Only)

  • Is the trip refundable or transferable? No

  • What Deposit is required and is there a payment schedule? 

    • Our objective is to make this trip very affordable with a variety of room accommodations and payment methods. All bookings require a non-refundable deposit by each person depending on the date of your registration. Each person MUST make the required initial deposit within two weeks of the date on the registration form for the price per person and the reservation to be submitted and confirmed. NO DEPOSIT...NO ROOM. Payment schedules are provided after the initial deposit is paid. Payment schedules can be increased conditionally if requested at the time of your initial deposit. Your final balance due is required no later than February 1st, 2020 without penalty to guarantee your room type and cost per person. Your flight itineraries are required no later than two weeks from your arrival date to ensure free transportation from the airport compliments of Ready to Travel Worldwide, LLC. When initiating a booking within 60 days of the check-in date, the total cost must be paid in full at the time of the registration. There are no exceptions to this deadline. Discounts and payment schedules are not available on bookings within 65 days of trip.

  • Monthly Payment Due Date?

    • Payment is due on the 15th of each month. Last payment is due May 31st, 2021

  • How can I make my payments?

  •  Important Information: PayPal charges all of their customers a 3.1% service fee on all transaction that are using a debit/credit card. To avoid those charges you can use your bank account or you can pay the extra charge which is listed above in parenthesis. 1. Make sure to NOT select that the payment is for a Good or Service to avoid extra service fees. 2. If the option comes up always select that you will be sending a gift to family or friends. 3. *Using your bank account requires no fees.*

  • Is there a late fee policy?

    • Yes, 3 - 7 days late $50, 8 - 14 days late $75 , 15 days late trip will be canceled.
